Have you always wanted to take on a fighting art, for fitness, for self defence or to represent Britain at the next Olympics. Codringtons Taekwondo Academy has been teaching since 1987 and we always aim to bring out your full potential. All ages and familys are welcome.

Grading will be in March, would recommend learning your theory card
Great session on Tuesday.
Grate sparring training on Thursday, sure most of you will be feeling those side kick drills!! Love it!!
